Whisky Sour

A whiskey sour is a mixed drink or shot containing whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup, and traditionally garnished with a cherry or sometimes a lemon wedge. It is a blend of sour, bitter, and sweet flavors.

Ingredients

  • Bourbon45 ml
  • Fresh lemon juice30 ml
  • Simple syrup15 ml

Instructions

    Add lemon juice to the shaker

    Add simple syrup to the shaker

  3. 3

    Add bourbon to the shaker

  4. 4

    Add eggwhite (optional)

  5. 5

    Shake for 20-30 times on ice

  6. 6

    Fill into a glass with large ice cubes
