A bold Italian aperitivo — equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.

Ingredients

  • Gin30 ml
  • Campari30 ml
  • Sweet vermouth30 ml
  • Orange peel1 twist of pcs

Instructions

    Combine gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.

    Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled.

    Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

    Express an orange peel over the top to release the oils, then use as garnish.
