Amaretto Sour

Sweet, nutty, and velvety. The addition of bourbon provides necessary structure.

Ingredients

  • Amaretto60 ml
  • Bourbon15 ml
  • Lemon Juice30 ml
  • Simple syrup15 ml
  • Egg White1 pcs

Instructions

    Combine amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a shaker.

    Dry shake.

    Add ice and shake hard.

  4. 4

    Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  5. 5

    Garnish with a lemon twist and a maraschino cherry.
